Education and development

Together with other educational institutions, we educate 700 apprentices and students per year. Experts can embark on a specialist, management or educational career and are trained accordingly at our in-house training center.

  • Almost half of our employees work part-time.
  • 50% of their work can be done from home, whenever their daily professional duties permit this.
