Course Description
Professor Yaşargil performed the first STA-MCA bypass on October 30, 1967, at the University Hospital Zurich, on a patient with complete occlusion of the middle cerebral artery. Since then, the techniques of flow-augmentation, as well as flow-preservation bypass surgery, are applied worldwide.

The meeting has raised strong international attention. The schedule includes captivating sessions with renowned faculties, attractive abstracts, and international experts in this field.
It is our great pleasure to welcome you in Zurich, the beating heart of Switzerland, for this unique and exceptional meeting gathering legends and masters of vascular neurosurgery in a wintertime scenery.
