Clinical Trials Unit at USZ
The Clinical Trials Unit is concerned with the development of drug therapies for various diseases.
Patients take part in treatment programs that either test the effectiveness and tolerability of substances that have not yet been released on the market or in programs that monitor the development of a disease under treatment with a newly released drug.
Clinical trials aim to measure the improvement of therapeutic possibilities as well as the influence of a therapy on the quality of life of patients and the costs.
