Due to the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic, we were all restricted in our movement. Since exercise is important for our physical and mental health, we have developed the DO-HEALTH-Gruuve for you. Gruuve stands for “grown-up universal exercise”. We continue to produce new Gruuves for you. Meanwhile, in addition to choreographies in sitting, exercise sessions in standing position are also available. Just gruuve with us!”

DO-HEALTH-Gruuve is a musically-supported exercise program for older people. The program strengthens the core muscles, supports breathing, and trains coordination and strength in the arms and legs.
The program was developed by the movement scientist Michèle Mattle in collaboration with Prof. Heike Bischoff-Ferrari at the Research Center for Aging & Mobility (ZAM) at the University Hospital of Zürich and the Stadtspital Waid Zürich. More in the video introduction by Prof. Heike Bischoff-Ferrari (Video).
