Staff accommodation at the USZ

A limited number of furnished rooms and studios are available for employees of the University Hospital Zurich.

The properties are located near the University Hospital or in the city of Zurich and are easily accessible on foot or by public transport.

Please note that staff accommodation is mainly available for USZ employees in training with a workload of at least 50%. The number of rooms is limited, so there is no right to a room even if the conditions are met.

The leases are limited in time in each case, an extension of the lease cannot be guaranteed. Rental rates are based on the size and comfort of the rooms and a cleaning fee is payable.

There is a general smoking ban in the rooms and studios of the University Hospital Zurich. This includes all public areas as well as the private premises.
