Staff accommodation

The properties are located near the University Hospital or in the city of Zurich and are easily accessible on foot or by public transport.

Please note that the staff accommodation is mainly available for USZ trainees with a workload of at least 50%. The number of rooms is limited, so there is no right to a room even if the conditions are met.

The tenancy agreements are limited in time, an extension of the tenancy cannot be guaranteed. The rental prices depend on the size and comfort of the rooms and a cleaning fee is payable.

Smoking is generally prohibited in the rooms and studios of the University Hospital Zurich. This includes all public areas as well as the private rooms.
