Our patient advisory service is the first point of contact for concerns, feedback or complaints about the USZ.
Patients and their relatives can contact us before, during or after their stay in hospital. Your opinion is important to us.
What we offer:
The patient advisory service provides information, settles ambiguities, can mediate between parties and, if necessary, also accompany discussions. All complaints, grievances and other concerns about your inpatient or outpatient stay with us – for example, about treatment procedures or infrastructure – are forwarded by the patient advisory service to the appropriate department.
