Psychogenic dizziness
In our clinic, psychotherapy with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance-commitment therapy is offered for the treatment of psychogenic forms of vertigo. Treatment is offered in both individual and group therapy settings. Depending on the type of dizziness, anxiety-relieving medication may also be helpful for a certain period of time.
Group therapy
The group offer provides educational information about the development and persistence of somatoform dizziness based on scientific findings and presents various treatment options with a focus on cognitive and behavioral regulatory elements. Participants learn in depth certain techniques for better acceptance of their symptoms and for developing new perspectives on life.
