Shaping the Future of Advanced Practice Nursing Research in Switzerland – A National Collaborative Initiative

As APN roles expand across Switzerland, closer collaboration can help define shared research priorities and evaluate APN contributions to patient care and health-system outcomes. This event brings together perspectives from research, practice and policy to explore how APN roles can respond to population health needs and be integrated into the Swiss healthcare system. The morning conference is open to all, combining international perspectives on APN research strategies and health-system impact with a panel discussion on Swiss challenges and opportunities. Afternoon co-design workshops will bring together mixed stakeholder groups to refine proposed research priorities and explore outcomes relevant to Switzerland. Participation is by invitation to ensure a balanced range of perspectives. Workshop outcomes will be shared with the wider community. These discussions will help shape a shared national APN research programme and identify opportunities for future collaboration.
