Vascular Research Group
The vascular research group aims to establish novel pharmacological and interventional strategies for the treatment and follow-up care of angiological patients. Our research focuses on venous thromboembolism and its complications, as well as arterial and lymphatic vascular diseases, such as peripheral arterial disease. Additionally, we have initiated observational studies to evaluate the efficacy and adherence to lipid-lowering therapies. From a clinical perspective, the expansion of research areas beyond traditional specialties has extended to phlebology and lymphology.
