We investigate the pathophysiology of inflammatory systemic diseases, with a particular focus on sarcoidosis. By integrating clinical and molecular insights, we aim to unravel disease mechanisms and translate them into improved diagnostic precision and targeted therapeutic strategies. Leveraging clinical data and emerging computational approaches, we identify patterns of disease activity and progression that remain undetected by conventional diagnostics.
