In this phase, the idea is evaluated by our innovation team and medical experts. They provide honest feedback, check feasibility and market potential, and we sharpen together the concept in a safe, supportive environment.

Delivery – Build for impact

Here, ideas turn into ready-to-use solutions. Together, we work on business plans, prototypes, and validation. Our experts check feasibility, regulation, and practical use to make sure the project is fit for the real world.

Expert Review & Incorporation readiness – Pitch and make it real

Startups present their projects to two independent panels of experts. Only if both approve, the project receives the official USZ label and financial support to move forward. With funding secured, innovations are implemented to create a measurable impact.
