Research focus

Focus

Anticipation, prevention, and treatment of severe postpartum hemorrhage.
Current focus is on new therapeutic concepts such as vacuum-induced tamponade (in uterine atony) and role of blood clotting factor 13 (in bleeding-related coagulopathy)

Other research areas

Intrahepatic pregnancy cholestasis, application of Bryophyllum pinatum.
