Structured Career Paths
With us, you’ll find clearly defined paths for professional development—whether you’re pursuing an academic, technical, or leadership career. Our career model consists of eight levels and covers the entire spectrum of MTTB professions, up to the position of Director of Nursing and MTTB.

We offer you customized training opportunities —both in-house and external. We actively encourage our employees to pursue continuing education and also support them in participating in external programs. In addition, a wide range of in-house workshops and courses is available to support your professional or educational career. Experienced colleagues will support you as mentors.
