Headache and pain consultation
The headache consultation takes place daily from Monday to Friday. The triage of written applications is carried out by the medical management of the outpatient clinic or the headache department.
The latency until the scheduled appointment can thus be optimally adapted to the patient’s situation. Patients with new-onset, acute, or unusual headaches that may indicate an intracranial condition have the option of being examined on the same day by the emergency team or the headache team at the neurology outpatient clinic following a direct referral.
