Care consultation for people with chronic inflammatory bowel disease (IBD / IBD)
Our care consultation is aimed at people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and their relatives.
It is offered by a nursing expert APN (Advanced Practice Nurse), who provides you with individual support – for questions about the illness, treatment or how to achieve your personal health goals.
What does the care consultation offer?
Depending on your needs and life situation, the care expert will support you with:

Coordination with doctors and other specialists

Surveillance (follow-up) with clinically and laboratory-chemically stable remission
