The dysplasia consultation offers state-of-the-art diagnostics and treatment for women with abnormal Pap smears and dysplasia/pre-cancerous lesions in the cervix, vagina and external genitalia
Comprehensive advice on various treatment options and preventive measures (e.g. B. HPV vaccination) is another important task of this special consultation.
If the smear test (Pap test) carried out as part of a cancer screening reveals a result that requires clarification or if there are abnormalities during the inspection as part of the gynecological examination that indicate certain infections, precancerous stages or cancer, further clarifications may be indicated.
