Birth preparation short and compact (on site)

In this course, couples and individual pregnant women have the opportunity to take a brief and compact look at what happens during pregnancy and birth.

  • Start of birth and birth process
  • Dealing with contractions and birth preparation measures
  • Frequent interventions in hospital
  • Birth positions
  • Support options for the accompanying person and their needs
  • The first time after the birth
  • A short tour of the building department is planned
