The courses at the department of obstetrics are led by midwives who have undergone special training in birth preparation and postnatal regression. Of course, you can also attend our courses if you have chosen a location other than the University Hospital Zurich for the birth.
Our courses take place throughout the year. Starting dates and information on which courses still have places available can be obtained via this homepage under the respective course.
All courses take place in the rooms of the University Hospital Zurich. We will inform you about the course location after your registration.
You will receive your confirmation of participation at the beginning of the course, it is also the confirmation for reimbursement by the health insurance.
In exceptional cases, a course may be cancelled if there are insufficient participants. In this case we will inform you immediately.
The courses are published continuously about one month before the start of the course. Please note that we do not maintain waiting lists.
