Hand surgery deals with problems of the hand and wrist, whether they are congenital, traumatic, degenerative, inflammatory or tumorous in origin. The goal is to restore the function of the hand. The spectrum of hand surgery is broad and requires a variety of different surgical skills.
In the highly specialized hand surgery department, we treat all injuries as well as acute and chronic diseases of the hand. This is accompanied by specialized hand therapy with many years of experience.
