Comprehensive Checkup for CSS Policyholders

Prerequisite

You have taken out supplemental insurance with CSS that covers the costs of checkups (pro rata or partially). You can learn more about this on the CSS website.

Procedure and duration of the check-up

After you have completed and sent the registration form below, you will receive an e-mail from us within 24 hours with a proposed date. Allow about 4 to 5 hours for the medical check-up.

Basic services

We define the services in a personal telephone conversation. The following basic services are included in the check-up package:

• Laboratory analysis of 50 values to assess metabolic and organ functions
• For men and women over 45 years of age: determination of a small hormone status (estradiol, DHEAS and total/basal testosterone)
• For women under 45 years of age: Anti-Müllerian hormone to determine the ovarian reserve when planning a child
• PSA in men over 50 or earlier at increased risk
• FIT test: In a preliminary discussion or after reviewing your questionnaire, we clarify the implementation together
• Medical history including vaccination advice and recording of dietary habits and lifestyle
• Physical examination
• Ultrasound: abdominal organs incl. Aorta, thyroid gland, arteries supplying the brain and heart (echocardiography at rest) and under stress
• Pulmonary function test
• Determination of body composition (BIA)
• Eye test and intraocular pressure measurement from the age of 45
• Age- and risk-adapted approach

Personal and direct advice

After the examinations, we summarize all the examination results and explain them to you in a final consultation. We will advise you personally on the findings and how to proceed.

We then provide you with a detailed, easy-to-understand report on your current condition with recommendations and instructions.
