Bluelion is a non-profit incubator & accelerator based in Zurich. Together with various partners from the Swiss healthcare sector, the Bluelion Foundation has launched the Digital Health Initiative. They are supporting entrepreneurs to start both fast-growing and sustainable businesses.
The Digital Health Initative is the new innovation and exchange platform in healthcare. The initiative’s goal is to identify and jointly address challenges in the Swiss healthcare sector. Through a Call 4 Innovation, start-ups, researchers, and individuals can apply their ideas to various challenges defined by leading Swiss healthcare organizations.
The partnership
As a leading research institution in the Swiss healthcare sector, the University Hospital of Zürich supports the Digital Health Initiative within the framework of a research partnership. This partnership aims to drive digital innovation in healthcare together with other partners by establishing a coalition of partners along the entire healthcare value chain on the one hand and by addressing and tackling specific challenges of an individual or several partners of the initiative in the form of a Call for Innovation on the other hand. The innovators await an exciting and unbureaucratic collaboration with the initiative’s partners.
