Research focus
My group focuses on the development and treatment of autoimmune diseases, particularly on the skin. The aim is to restore tolerance within the immune system, particularly in the case of psoriasis, vitiligo and lupus. We use state-of-the-art methods to investigate the causes of diseases in order to develop personalized and innovative therapeutic approaches from basic research.
