Specialist in internal medicine FMH with special training in hypertension and PhD in cardiovascular research at the University of Pisa.
Head of the consultation hours for hypertension, dyslipidemia in cardiology and the tobacco cessation consultation hours at the USZ.
Habilitated in 2012 and Titular Professor at the University of Zurich Medical Faculty since September 2019.

- Nucleus Member of the Hypertension Council of the European Society of Cardiology.
- Member of the Program Committee of the annual congress of the European Society of Cardiology.

- Vascular research (endothelial function in the micro- and macrocirculation, vascular compliance and atherosclerotic changes in the carotid artery)
