Content

• Information about pregnancy, labour, post natal time breathing and relaxation techniques
• Practical exercises about how to deal with contractions and possibilities of support
• Support options for the accompanying person and their needs
• How to deal with the forthcoming time as parents and mother
• Common interventions in the hospital
• A short guided tour in the birth section is planned

1 x 3.5 lessons

The course takes place saturdays from 9.30 am to 01.00 pm.

CHF 340.- per couple
CHF 260.- per person

Course dates and registration

In order to correctly issue the confirmation of participation for the health insurance provider, the personal details of the pregnant individual must be entered during course booking/registration.
