Project goal
Strengthening perioperative patient safety through the routine recording of intraoperative adverse events according to ClassIntra® during the sign-out phase of the WHO ‘Safe Surgery checklist’ (SSC) using a multifaceted, tailored implementation strategy: a collaborative before-and-after project using a hybrid implementation – effectiveness approach.
