Our research focus

At the Clinic for Gynecology, we conduct research with the following focal points:

This includes early detection and promising therapeutic approaches, which we are helping to develop.

  • Early detection through identification and treatment of precancerous lesions
  • Identification of factors that influence the prognosis of gynecological cancers
  • Causes and new treatment options for stress incontinence
  • Cause and treatment of genital prolapse

Preclinical research

In our laboratories, we research the mechanisms of cancer, new drugs and treatment options. Our primary goal is to ensure the safety and efficacy of the therapies before we continue researching them in clinical trials.
