The “World’s Best Specialized Hospitals” ranking
The “World’s Best Specialized Hospitals” ranking is an annual ranking compiled by Newsweek and the market research company Statista. Its aim is to identify the world’s leading hospitals in the various medical specialties.
Tens of thousands of medical professionals were invited to take part in a survey for the 2026 ranking. In addition, important factors such as accreditations, certifications and medical performance indicators, including Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs), were analyzed. The results thus provide a comprehensive assessment of the quality of medical care.
